Some of the projects that we have worked on at Level Up Consulting SAS are:

  • Commercial management for Ipsum Technology (Mexican company expert in business process automation). Since May 2021 we have been supporting business development in Colombia, focusing on medium and large companies in both the private and public sectors. We approach potential clients from a consultative strategy in which we understand their challenges, we generate a general survey of the requirement and we review how from the IPSUM portfolio we can provide a solution. 

  • Software Distribution since 2022 we started direct agreements with manufacturers of platforms for managing the business innovation cycle, platforms for managing OKR's in Human Resources and applications for Precision Agriculture.

  • Commercial referencing and channel management:During 2019, Level Up Consulting SAS supported companies such as Ipsum Technology, DataTres60, Analítica, Servinformación with the development of business opportunities for their various product portfolios. In some of these companies, some sales channels were opened in TELCO companies, training the sales force and providing support during the development and closing of the business.

  • Support for the pre-launch of Acopi Boyacá:Between 2019 and 2020, advisory support was generated to the vice-presidency of ACOPI to study the processes developed by the micro and small mining companies of Boyacá in order to structure a portfolio of services that would allow Acopi to impact and improve the reality of these entrepreneurs._cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

  • Conamic business diagnostic workshops:Between 2019 and 2021, workshops were held that included the Canvas methodology to generally understand the business strategy of each company and how each work area understood the corporate strategy and thus propose prioritization of tasks and improvements that had an impact on their clients.
